Entrance gratings

Entrance gratings are made of gratings with denser spacing between plain and/or serrated flat bars. Reducing the mesh size or adding anti-slip bars, we can increase safety of walking on gratings when the pedestrian traffic is the highest. The gratings of this type are used mainly in public use facilities, such as shopping malls or housing estates.

Entrance gratings are manufactured in two versions: with smooth or serrated flat bar (serrated grating). Minimum axial spacing between flat bars in gratings is 11 mm. Slip resistance of grating can be accomplished in 3 ways: by serrating load bearing bars (serrated S1), by serrating cross bars (serrated S3), and by serrating load bearing and cross bars (serrated S2).

We make frames of angle bars whose dimensions are adjusted to the height, length and width of the grating to help anchor the entrance gratings in a concrete surface. The frames may be anchored in concrete with fixing plates welded to the frame itself.
